Mandan Architectural Review Commission
The Mandan Architectural Review Commission (MARC) is a nine-member commission responsible for reviewing site and building plans involving new construction, remodeling and alteration of commercial properties to assure such projects provide a desirable environment for their occupants, are compatible with the character of adjacent and surrounding developments, and are aesthetically of good composition, materials, textures and colors.
MARC meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. in the Veterans' Conference Room at Mandan City Hall, 205 2nd Ave. NW, Mandan.
Applications for building projects must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting at which consideration is desired. A copy of the application is available here.
