Sanitary Sewer Collection

The city of Mandan has over 100 miles of sanitary sewer mains and 32 lift stations.

The maintenance of the sewer collection system is the responsibility of the utility department. Sewer main replacement projects are scheduled as needed, and the utility department performs weekly maintenance; cleaning and inspecting the sewer mains and lift station.
