Posting Bail

If you wish to post bond for a person being held in lieu of bond on Mandan Municipal charges, you may do so at the Mandan Municipal Clerk of Court's office during office hours. After hours and on weekends and holidays, bail must be posted at the Burleigh Morton County Jail, which is located at 4000 Apple Creek Rd in Bismarck. The jail’s phone number is (701) 255-3113.
