Payment Options
There are a variety of new bill payment options available, in addition to the traditional payment methods:
PAY BY PHONE
Customers may make credit/debit card or checking/savings account payments via a secure phone line. Dial 1-855-939-3764 and follow the prompts. You will need your account number and payment information.
ONLINE - SmartHub CLICK HERE TO PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE
SmartHub is an easy-to-use online and mobile billing and payment tool where customers can manage their accounts, pay bills and more. A variety of bill payment options, including one-time, automatic recurring and scheduled payments, along with credit card payments are available through SmartHub.
AUTOMATIC CHECKING OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT DEDUCTIONS
Customers wishing to have their monthly payment for their utility bill deducted from a checking or savings account or a recurring credit card may enroll via SmartHub.
ONE-TIME PAYMENT
Customers may also elect to make a one-time payment. Please click here to make a one-time payment. Customers will need to know their account number and amount being paid.
BILL PAY
Customers may make payments through their banking institution’s Bill Pay feature. Please note your NEW water account number to receive appropriate credit.
