BNSF & Cloverdale Discharge Permit

The City of Mandan hereby provides public notice that an industrial pretreatment discharge permit draft for BNSF Railway and Cloverdale Foods have been completed and are now available for public review and comment. These plans outline proposed requirements, procedures, and standards intended to regulate industrial discharges to the municipal wastewater treatment system, protect infrastructure, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and safeguard water quality within the community.

Public comments are invited and encouraged. Written comments must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026, to:
