Cappuccino on Collins Sweeps Winter Business Awards

Feb. 17, 2026- The City of Mandan will recognize Cappuccino on Collins as the winner of the 2025-2026 Golden Shovel award at an upcoming City Commission meeting. Cappuccino on Collins won with 30.68% of the votes. Vicky’s Sports Bar was a close second.

The public nominated six Mandan businesses doing a good job keeping walkways free of snow and ice this winter. Voting took place Feb. 2-13. Two votes separated the winner and runner-up.

Cappuccino on Collins swept the 2025-2026 Winter Business Awards competition, winning both the Winter Decorating and Golden Shovel awards!
