May 10 Business Forum Focuses on North Mandan Developments & Opportunities

Apr. 24, 2022 - Area business people are invited to learn about infrastructure and residential developments, the new high school and commercial sites in north Mandan during a free informational forum on May 10. The session, running from 2 to 4 p.m., will be held at the Marathon Refinery administration training room, 500 Old Red Trail NE.

The session will feature information about projects north of interstate 94 that extend roadway, water and sewer services for residential and commercial growth. Speakers will talk about new subdivisions and available business sites including outlots surrounding the high school being planned for a fall 2024 opening.

The Mandan Tomorrow - Economic Opportunity and Prosperity Committee is hosting the educational activity with coordination services provided by the City of Mandan Business Development Department and Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC.

The informational session is part of a 2022 business education series sponsored by Bank of North Dakota, BNC National Bank, Bravera Bank, Capital Credit Union, Cornerstone Bank, CRA Group, Dakota Business Lending, Dakota Community Bank and Trust, Daniel Companies, First Community Credit Union, First International Bank and Trust, First Western Bank and Trust, Gate City Bank, Goodhart and Associates, Haga Kommer CPAs, Knutson Companies, Lewis and Clark Development Group, Railway Credit Union, Rise Property Brokers, Security First Bank, and Starion Bank.

Other events in 2022 include a Downtown Tour and Social on Sept. 22 and Business Start-Up 101 workshop on Oct. 20.
