Temporary Closure Planned for Section of 27th Street NW

Aug, 20, 2024 —A section of 27^th Street NW between Sunset Drive and 12^th Ave NW will be closed for approximately one week beginning today, Tuesday, Aug. 20. The closure is needed to make a connection to the City’s storm sewer main, which runs along the north side of the street. Due to the depth of the pipe, the connection isn’t possible without a full closure.

City staff directed the contractor to have the project done before the start of school on Aug. 28.
