Estimated Property Tax Mailing

Aug. 27, 2024 –The Morton County treasurer, in accordance with state law, will mail letters by Aug. 31 to all property owners, notifying them of proposed changes in property taxes and public hearing dates for all taxing entities. The letters notify owners of estimated property taxes based on the preliminary 2025 budget.

The Mandan City Commission’s public hearing on the 2025 budget is scheduled for Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 205 Second Avenue NW. Learn more about the preliminary budget at cityofmandan.com/budget.
