Mayor Helbling Presents State of the City

Nov. 14, 2023 – Mayor Helbling presented on challenges and successes Mandan faced throughout the past year and what we can look forward to in 2024 at the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC’s State of the Cities on Tuesday, Nov. 14. After the Mayor’s presentation on the City, a panel made up of Dawn Rhone (Morton County), Marnie Piehl (Mandan Public Schools), Wade Meschke (Mandan Parks & Recreation), and Mayor Helbling spoke on different topics throughout the city and county. Presentation slides will be available ahead of the Dec. 5 Mandan City Commission meeting.
