Planning & Zoning Commission to Consider Land Use Code Jul. 27

July 22, 2026 – The Mandan Planning & Zoning Commission will consider revisions to the Mandan Land Use Code at its July 27 meeting. While a section on data centers was originally included, that section is being revised based upon public comments that have been received. Therefore, at the July 27 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, commissioners will not act on the data center section. The updated data center section will be available online on or before noon on Aug. 6, with the intention of holding a public hearing on the data center section at the Aug. 24 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
