Apr. 25, 2026 - Street Improvement District 236 (First Street Phase I) work is beginning Monday, Apr. 27. Traffic control in the area of First Street NW from Sixth Ave NW to near Third Ave NW will be set up. Main Street is the primary detour route. Please slow down and use caution in the area.

Businesses remain open throughout construction, please continue to support the businesses impacted by this improvement project.
