Feb. 2, 2026 — Voting is now open for the City of Mandan’s Golden Shovel award! Vote for the business doing the best job of keeping adjacent sidewalks clear of snow and ice through Feb. 13 at surveymonkey.com/r/goldshovel26.

Winners will receive a traveling trophy!

 

The goal of the Winter Business Awards contest is to improve Mandan’s sparkle, accessibility and pedestrian-friendliness during the winter season. Winners will be recognized on social media and at an upcoming City Commission meeting.
