**Services provided on the statement from the City of Mandan will consist of water, sewer, household garbage, recycling, storm water, and a city-wide street lights charge**

All residential properties will be charged residential rates for water/wastewater base charges and charged appropriately by how many units occupy the property. (i.e. single-family, duplex, etc.)
